Illinois (7-6 19-9) is now tied with Iowa in conference but has a better overall record and leads head to head by beating Iowa once already this season. There is only one game difference between Third place to Eight place in the Big Ten Conference. With most of the Big ten teams only having 3 games left this will be a tie finish to the season. Iowa chances going to the Big Dance is now slim to none. They might get an NIT bid this year.
