After having some issues with my host provider, my blog is back up and writable.  Beginning of the month my host provider locked out my account from adding records to my database.  This is because I was over my allocated space in the database.  After cleaning up my database they removed the lock out from my account.  I have to thank the spammers for my account lock out.  The good news is that the spammers are leaving my blg alone for right now.
