As of September 1st, I will not be supporting Stat Traq anymore. This is due to a couple of reasons. The first reason is that my family comes first over the internet. I like to code, but I love spending time with my family.
The other reason is that I don’t get any donations for the effort that I spend maintaining this plugin. I took on this plugin because I thought it would be a challenge to make it a better plugin and a better statistic tracker for wordpress.
I will reconsider supporting Stat Traq if I start receiving some donations for my effort on it and if I start getting some free time to work with it this fall. If someone else would like to start maintaining it, you are welcome to it. If you do start maintaining it, please send me an email so I can tell everyone where to get it from.
This is a question that I have been wondering about for a couple years. Now I’m asking the viewers of my blog to give me some feedback on this question.
I’m looking for some testers that can test my release of Stat Traq 1.2. If you are interested in testing Stat Traq 1.2, please email me at funzoneblog@yahoo.com with the Subject line “Stat Traq 1.2 Tester”. Thanks in advance for anyone who is willing to be a tester. The first 20 to 25 people will be my testing group for Stat Traq plugin and will be given chances to test future versions as well. Please make sure to test everything.

Stat Traq release 1.1.1 is getting close to hitting 2,000 downloads and is just 1 download from that number. This is awesome for a plugin that I’m maintaining to be popular as it is. I’m getting ready to release Stat Traq 1.2.0 in the next few weeks and hope it can reach this number as well. I’m also adding a version checker to the release 1.2 to make it easier for the users to know when an update is available for it or not.

I’m currently working on a couplenew themes for WordPress. They are almost done and I will display them here before releasing them to the world. Look forward for my site to have a different look just in time for the changing of the seasons.
Hello everyone.
I’m currently writing some software that will help me track how I throw at each course I’ve been to. I can use this information to see what holes are giving me troubles and how I can address the problems. With this software, you will also be able to run a tournament or even a series of tournaments at your local disc golf course.
This will take me some time, but I hope to have a working copy of it by the end of the summer or even by next spring. I do have a life besides writing software.
The software will be written in PHP with MySql as the backend database.
I will try to keep everyone informed about my progress on this software under the category Software in my blog. If you think of anything that I could include in this or you want to sign up as a Alpha and Beta tester, please drop me a line by email or leave some comments.
